Finance Statement
Our Finance Department operates to a strict code of practice.
Our main conditions of working following these gudies:-
1. All Money is counted by two people and all money is signed and accounted for.
2. All money is paid into our own Church Bank Account and accounted for in our accounting books.
3. We do not make cash payments
4. All cheques are signed by two senior members of the leadership team
5. All main expenditure is placed our for tender to ensure we receive best value (the cheapest may not necessary be the best)
6. All general day to day expenditure is approved by two members of the senior leadership team..
Our accounts are in the public domain in line with the laws of the UK and a condition of our charitable status - a copy of our audited accounts can be received by contacting the church office.
